Remuneration will be based on international standards and adjusted according to experience. Employee benefits will follow national labor laws and university regulations.
Total compensation over two years includes:
Provincial and municipal living allowances: up to RMB 420,000 (up to RMB 600,000 for candidates selected for the Guangdong Province Overseas Postdoctoral Program)
University stipend: RMB 100,000
Research group salary
Postdoctoral fellows who choose to stay in Shenzhen after completing their postdoc can receive a living subsidy of RMB 360,000 over three years. Additional rewards may apply for outstanding candidates or those engaged in innovation and entrepreneurship.

Our goal is to publish high-quality research papers in top-tier business journals. The postdoctoral fellow will assist in the daily operations of the research projects.
The research group led by Professor Qi Li at the School of Economics and Management, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, is seeking 1 postdoctoral fellow. Professor Li received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Cornell University and holds a degree in Public Administration from Harvard University. Her research focuses on organizational behavior, corporate and team behavioral mechanisms, business applications of artificial intelligence, and sustainable business development and business model innovation. Qualifications
Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in economics, organizational behavior, strategy, management, or psychology. Candidates with interest and experience in business research are preferred.
Strong foundation in mathematical statistics and econometrics; ability to use Stata fluently for panel data analysis; familiarity with endogeneity treatment methods (e.g., instrumental variables, difference-in-differences).
Proficiency in Python or R, with specific capabilities in text analysis.
Strong understanding of the Chinese business, corporate, and institutional environment, as well as familiarity with relevant academic literature.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, research, and analytical skills. The candidate should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and independently follow up on the progress of research projects.
The candidate must be under the age of 35, have already obtained a Ph.D. degree (within the last 3 years), and be able to work full-time on postdoctoral research. The usual duration of the postdoctoral stay is two years. Candidates who have not previously applied for postdoctoral living subsidies in Guangdong Province or Shenzhen will be given priority.
Responsibilities
Assist in the completion of research tasks, including literature review, coding, and data collection and analysis.
Monitor the timelines and deliverables of various research projects; design studies using appropriate research methodologies.
If time and interest permit, the candidate may independently conduct research projects and apply for research funding, with guidance and resources provided by the professor.
