The Dispute Resolution Research Center (DRRC) at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, is inviting applications for our postdoctoral fellowship. The primary criterion for selection is research excellence in areas broadly related to conflict or cooperation.
What are the benefits of a DRRC postdoc?
You will have dedicated time to collaborate with faculty at Kellogg while completing projects already in progress.
You’ll gain access to exceptional resources, including opportunities to engage with leading scholars who present talks, network with other postdocs at Kellogg, and, if you choose, connect with the interdisciplinary community at Northwestern.
Many of our postdocs acquire teaching experience at Kellogg, where they can learn about the latest innovations in negotiation education.
You will join a distinguished network of DRRC postdoc alumni, a lifelong resource for ongoing professional development.
The salary is competitive, and the position will have access to research funds, including funding for independent projects. It begins in September each year and lasts approximately two years. Applications are due December 15, 2024; click here to learn more and apply.
Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in a social science discipline (e.g., organizational behavior, sociology, psychology, economics) — or in a related discipline that can inform the social sciences (e.g., a “big data” discipline) — prior to the beginning of the fellowship
The Dispute Resolution Research Center (DRRC) was founded in the spring of 1986 by Northwestern University faculty and is a research center at the Kellogg School of Management. The DRRC began a postdoctoral research fellow program starting in 1986, which has fostered the research and teaching skills of more than 35 post-doctoral fellows.
