The Management and Strategy group at Koç University’s College of Administrative Sciences and Economics invites applications for a tenure-track Open Rank position (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor) in (1) organizational theory, strategy, and entrepreneurship (macro), and/or (2) organizational behavior and human resource management (micro). We seek candidates committed to producing high-quality scholarly research for leading academic journals. Responsibilities include maintaining a productive research program, teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses, and supervising PhD students.
