San Andres Business School invites applications for assistant, associate professors and lecturer positions for our three campuses in Buenos Aires. The expected start date is September 2025. The position may carry a full-time position with research and teaching load and comes with full benefits.  Compensation is competitive and commensurate with candidate qualifications.

We seek applicants who are interested in research-focused careers, although teaching careers are also considered. We encourage applicants with PhDs in Strategic Management, General Management, Operations, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Organizational Behavior.

Applicants for assistant and associate professor positions are expected to have a promising or established research pipeline and to teach and contribute to various programs, including our undergraduate programs, Masters, Executive MBA, Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), and open/in-company executive programs.   Lecturers are expected to have an MBA and executive-level teaching experience in the mentioned areas, and should have demonstrated or be capable of demonstrating teaching excellence

An ideal candidate for assistant and associate professor would have:

• Promising research pipeline and/or publication in Top Journals in his discipline
• Experience in teaching undergraduate and advanced programs (Masters, MBA, DBA, PhD)
• Excellent teaching evaluations from business schools, especially considered for the associate professor position.
• A PhD in management or fields related to the required areas.

An ideal candidate for lecturer positions would have:

• Substantial industry and/or consulting experience
• Teaching experience at MBA and executive levels
• Excellent teaching evaluations from business schools
• Experience in course development and business case writing
• DBA or PhD in management or related fields to the required areas (not required but highly valued)
