The Management Department at Bentley University invites applications for a tenure-track position in Entrepreneurship, effective Fall 2026. The rank of the appointment is open to assistant and associate professors. Salary is competitive.We are looking for experienced assistant or associate professor candidates with a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, Strategy or a closely related discipline, with a research focus and a teaching interest in Entrepreneurship and Strategy. Responsibilities include publishing high-quality scholarly research, teaching at the undergraduate, masters, and PhD levels, supervising executive PhD students, and participating in other academic and professional activities.

Reflected in the balance of our teacher-scholar model, the position carries a five-course teaching load per academic year. Class sizes vary but are capped at 35 students. Our distinguished faculty has received many research and teaching awards from the university and professional organizations.

A well-qualified applicant must have a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, Strategy, or a closely related discipline with a research focus and a teaching interest in Entrepreneurship. Experience in working with doctoral students is desirable, but not required. Applicants must also demonstrate evidence of dedication to teaching and research excellence. The faculty member hired for this position will be expected to be an enthusiastic participant in the Management Department, Bentley University, and the wider academic community.
