As CSULB is elevated to Doctoral University: High Research Activity (R2) status by the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education, we are equally interested in candidates that have strong research pipelines and have published or are under review in journals of recognized quality in the Strategy and Organization Theory fields
Experience successfully working with populations demographically and/or socioeconomically similar to the CSULB student body

Duties:

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT: The Department of Management and Human Resource Management is an interdisciplinary department comprised of tenured/tenure-track faculty, full-time lecturers, and adjunct instructors who work together to serve CSULB students by developing high-quality courses in management, human resource management, and supply chain management.
