The Department of Business Administration at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana – Bogotá invites applications for at least one full-time position at the Assistant Professor level. We are hiring in the areas of Finance, Strategy, International Business, Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Behavior / Human Resource Management. Candidates must have completed all PhD requirements by December 2025.
