Candidate Profile

Applicants should demonstrate:

• A commitment to high-quality research, with the ability to publish in top peer-reviewed journals.
• A strong interest in engaging with the business community in Latin America.
• Excellence in teaching, particularly in MBA and Executive Education programs.
• An ability to collaborate across disciplines and contribute to innovative academic initiatives.

Prior teaching experience is a plus. While Spanish proficiency is not required initially, it is desirable for long-term engagement.
