Position Summary:
The Katz School of Science and Health—the largest graduate school at Yeshiva University with1300 master's and doctoral students—is seeking an Industry Professor of Digital Marketing and Media to join the newly forming Graduate Technology Management and Entrepreneurship Department, which enrolls 350 graduate students annually.
The MS in Digital Marketing and Media is an industry-driven, project-based degree with a distinct focus on the power of digital media and social drivers of behaviors. This unique master's degree arms students with essential media, design, communication, behavioral, analytical, technical and research skills. They learn evidence-driven strategies for identifying and segmenting markets, reaching and engaging potential consumers, and converting them into loyal customers. Furthermore, they master in-demand strategies for social media, SEM, SEO, mobile, email, content and video including emerging trends in AI making this space more efficient and disruptive.

THE OPPORTUNITY: The Industry Professor will have the chance to help shape the trajectory of the newly forming department and to create a graduate curriculum at the intersection of digital marketing, media, AI, technology R&D and entrepreneurship.
Position Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Director of the MS in Digital Marketing & Media
Develop and teach graduate courses in a range of related topics, on-campus and online
Develop and supervise capstone and research projects
Support a school-wide initiative incorporating AI content into all Digital Marketing and Media courses, thus maintaining the relevancy of the program in today's modern media ecosystem
Advise graduate students on trends in the field, future employment, and academic success
Build industry relationships and partnerships
Support the growth and development of the adjunct faculty
Support the growth of the program by collaborating with the admissions staff, spearheading relevant networking initiatives, and serving on committees
Other duties as assigned
This position is on-campus and includes teaching evening and online courses
Experience & Educational Background:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree; PhD in related discipline preferred
Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience such as AI in the digital marketing and media space, marketing high-tech and innovative products, and new product launches
A strong industry network that can be leveraged to build the brand and reputation of the school as well as to source internships and jobs for students
Demonstrated track record of excellent teaching
Ability to develop impactful and engaging coursework using cutting-edge technologies
