Instructor/Assistant Professor for Online Staffing Course
The Department of Management at Michigan State University seeks an instructor to teach an online master’s staffing course beginning Fall 2025. The ideal candidate will demonstrate successful experience teaching similar courses and have a graduate degree in a field relevant to teaching human resource management.  The Instructor rank requires a master’s degree. The Assistant Professor rank requires a doctoral degree. The “Human Resource Staffing” course (MGT 811) covers the fundamentals of the topic including strategic staffing, job analysis, recruitment, selection, and legal issues in talent acquisition. The course provides relevant theories, research findings, policies, practices, and legal guidelines for acquiring and managing talent in organizations
