Job Summary: The Research Institute of Economics and Management (RIEM) at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) invites applications for full-time, tenure-track or tenured positions (all ranks, 2 vacancies) in the broad field of management.

Job Requirements: We seek candidates who can work in a dynamic, interdisciplinary academic environment, help us to foster an innovative research and learning environment, advise and support our students in a creative way, and serve the university.

Qualified applicants must:

• Hold (or be near to completion of) a PhD in a relevant management field;
• Native speaker of English or fluent as second language;
• Demonstrate strong research potential or a record of scholarly publications;
• Provide evidence of teaching ability and commitment to excellence.

Experience with international programs or diverse academic backgrounds is highly valued.

Review and Interview:

We are interested in qualified applicants from both mainland of China and overseas PhD programs and especially in applicants with prior teaching and research experience. The review process is ongoing and will continue until the positions are filled. Successful candidates are expected to hold a PhD degree before their work starts in SWUFE and to conduct teaching in English.
