The school was founded in 1998, as the premier business school in the Caribbean, located in the Dominican Republic (population: 11,519,595). It has two campuses: the main campus in Santo Domingo, the capital, and a second campus in Santiago, the country’s industrial hub. Both campuses provide postgraduate education, while the undergraduate program remains separate from this role.

Key Responsibilities
Overseeing both academic operations and business development efforts in the northern Dominican Republic.
Driving revenue growth to double the current annual earnings by 2030.
Recruiting qualified faculty members and implementing a faculty development plan to prepare local professors for long-term academic roles.
Engaging in community outreach to attract donations from business leaders and encourage corporate investment in management education.
Supporting consulting work with local and international firms.
Carrying a moderate teaching load in Santiago, with potential teaching responsibilities in Santo Domingo.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
Fluency in Spanish is required. Proficiency in additional languages, particularly English, is preferred.
Administrative experience in small or mid-sized business schools.
A minimum of 7 years’ teaching experience in a reputable business school.
An MBA from a respected university (a PhD is highly desirable).
