The School of Entrepreneurship and Management (SEM): The mission of SEM at ShanghaiTech University (https://sem.shanghaitech.edu.cn) is “to cultivate technology and innovation management talents with an entrepreneurial mindset,” aiming to be a globally impactful institution of technology and innovation management. We invite passionate and dedicated academics to join our interdisciplinary environment where scholars can push the boundaries of knowledge in innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship, and their intersections with science and technology.

We are seeking candidates to fill tenure-track positions at the Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor rankings in the following three areas of high priority, innovation management, technology management, and entrepreneurship, though we are also interested in outstanding candidates in management sciences, various fields of business administration such as OB/HR and strategy, and industrial economics.

Qualifications:

Applicants should hold a doctoral degree in relevant areas (or close to graduation), and demonstrate capabilities of top-quality research and a track record or potential of publications in top-tier international journals.
