Insper, a leading education institution with the triple crown accreditation (AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS), invites applications for full-time, research-oriented position in Marketing (tenure-track).
Candidates should engage in high-quality teaching and cutting-edge research applied to relevant problems faced by society, managers, and policymakers. We particularly seek and encourage diversity in our pool of applicants in terms of gender, race, ethnicity, as well as candidates from underrepresented groups. Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Economics, or related fields prior to the start of the appointment.
We are particularly interested in candidates conducting research in the fields of marketing analytics and consumer behavior. Applications from excellent candidates in related areas of marketing are also welcome. Applicants must have a willingness to engage with the school on a full-time basis. Applications for all career levels (Assistant, Associate, and Full) are encouraged. Knowledge of Portuguese language is not required and will not be used as a selection criterion.

Wage and benefits include competitive salary, compatible teaching load, health and dental insurance plan, optional retirement plan, office space, and support for research and travel. Selected candidates may start in August 2025 or January 2026.
