Responsibilities include teaching three courses per semester (in-person, online, and hybrid); establishing and maintaining an active, productive research program; and being active in service to the program, the campus, and the university.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requirements include a doctoral degree in Management or a closely related field, teaching experience at the undergraduate college level, and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in student-centered learning and collaboration. ABD will be considered. We seek candidates with a strong commitment to teaching, research, and service in areas such as strategic management, human resources, operations management, entrepreneurship, international business, or other relevant management disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in Strategy or Management from an AACSB accredited university. Teaching experience at the MBA/graduate level. Experience mentoring undergraduate or graduate students. Evidence of the use of experiential learning.
