The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia invites applications for a tenured/tenure track faculty position in Business Ethics beginning in Fall 2025. This position will teach Business Ethics to an MBA, and Executive level audiences and ideally have research related to individual or organizational ethics. Preference is for more senior candidates, with applicants at all levels considered.

Applicants are expected to have a doctorate in Management, Organizational Behavior, Sociology, Strategy, Social Psychology, Philosophy, or a related field. In addition, all applicants are expected to foster an inclusive research and teaching-related environment that focuses on the development and engagement of practicing managers.
