Job Duties: Perform cost control and financial management for the Budgeting and Accounts Payable department, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and optimizing project profitability. Set goals and deadlines for the Budgeting and Accounts Payable department.  Prepare and review operational reports and schedules. Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records. Manage subcontractor payments, meticulously verifying invoices and facilitating timely payments to maintain positive vendor relationships and keep project execution on track. Track project execution percentages to accurately reflect milestone status and facilitate timely payments. Utilize strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Procore, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,) to streamline financial tracking, reporting, and project financial presentations. Effectively manage bank procedures, including opening new accounts and reconciling statements, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. Manage property and equipment rentals, overseeing the entire process from invoicing to collection, while effectively handling service requests to ensure user satisfaction.

Minimum requirements: 2 years of experience managing administrative functions in a financial, accounting, or budgeting department.
