Centenary College of Louisiana invites applications for a tenure-track position at the assistant professor level in the Frost School of Business beginning August 2025. We are considering applications from various areas including leadership, organizational behavior, strategic policy, human resources, international business, operations, social responsibility, and business management. Applicants should have a terminal degree in Business Administration and Management or a related field, demonstrated strength or a commitment to excellence in teaching, and a willingness to mentor undergraduate students in research. ABDs within one year of degree completion will be considered. We seek candidates whose research, teaching, and service have prepared them to contribute to our commitment to the engagement and inclusion of culturally diverse audiences in higher education, particularly in the business management discipline.
Successful candidates will teach introductory, general business education, and upper-level business and management undergraduate courses as well as graduate level courses. Teaching responsibilities include teaching 12 credit hours per semester. Qualified candidates are committed to excellent teaching, student advising and mentoring, professional development and scholarship, and service to the profession and the Centenary community.
