The Department of Management of Tel Aviv University’s Coller School Management is actively seeking research faculty who will contribute to the school’s reputation for innovative and impactful knowledge creation in the fields of strategic management and entrepeneurship.We encourage applications from candidates conducting ground-breaking research in all areas of strategy and applying a range of state-of-the-art research methods. The successful candidate for this position will be expected to conduct and publish research in top-tier outlets, provide high-quality and inspiring instruction and mentorship (preferably in English and Hebrew) to students at all levels, and actively participate in both School and Departmental initiatives.
Long and consistently recognized as the leading provider of management education in Israel, the Coller School of Management is one of only two AACSB-accredited business schools in Israel. Since its establishment in 2008, Eduniversal has repeatedly awarded Coller its highest rating – the coveted "5 Palmes of Excellence" – in recognition of its "strong global influence." The 5-Palme rating is awarded to just 100 schools worldwide, including Harvard Business School, London Business School, and INSEAD. Coller is also recognized by Pitchbook as a global leader in the field of entrepreneurship, placing 13th and 14th (male/female respectively) in the world in venture capital raised by alumni founders.
With expertise in all areas of management including strategy, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship and innovation, organization theory, and human resource management, Coller's Management Department is recognized for the cutting-edge research of its faculty and students. In the past 5 years, Management Department faculty and students have published numerous papers in such journals as AMJ, AMR, ASQ, JOM, Organization Science, OBHDP, and JAP. The Department offers a range of Masters and PhD degrees, and faculty teach in a variety of general, specialized, and executive MBA programs, as well as several different undergraduate programs.

Applicants must hold a PhD in Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship or related fields and have a proven track record of outstanding research, as evidenced by one or more top-tier publications, a strong pipeline of papers in preparation for, or under review at, top-tier outlets, and a clear, well developed research program. We are particularly interested in scholars who conduct research in behavioral strategy, corporate-level strategy and/or entrepreneurship.
