The S...chool of Management (SOM) centers its research around "Digital Intelligence Innovation and Management," focusing on key areas including "Digital Intelligence Strategy and Innovation & Entrepreneurship," "Digital Intelligence Technology and Green Marketing," "Big Data and Artificial Intelligence," "Digital Intelligence Operations and Supply Chain Management," and "Intelligent Decision-Making and E-Commerce."
Our People
The School of Management (SOM) currently has 116 faculty and staff members, including 95 full-time teachers. The proportion of senior professional titles reaches 56.84%. We are now continuously advancing the "New Finance and Economics Strategy" action plan, focusing on directions such as digital intelligence technology and innovation management, artificial intelligence and big data management, digital economy and digital management, and has produced a number of high-quality academic achievements with significant visibility.
In the past five years, nearly 400 academic papers have been published in top domestic journals such as Management World (in Chinese) and Economic Research Journal (in Chinese), as well as UTD24 and FT50 journals. The SOM has undertaken more than 30 projects funded by the National Social Science Fund (including major and key projects) and the National Natural Science Foundation, and over 70 provincial and ministerial-level projects. Many achievements have won provincial and ministerial-level scientific research awards.
