The Soules College of Business at The University of Texas at Tyler (UT Tyler) is seeking applicants for one full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor in Management with a focus in Human Resources and/or Organizational Behavior and able to teach undergraduate and graduate Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. Delivery formats may include a mix of online and face-to-face formats.  The ideal candidate will have a well-defined research stream in OB and/or HR and have the potential to publish in high-quality outlets, as defined in Soules College of Business’ journal requirements. The position starts in Fall 2026 pending final budget approval, and the salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.

Required qualifications include a Ph.D. or D.B.A. (ABD candidates close to completion will be considered) in Management with a concentration in Organizational Behavior or Human Resources or closely related field. A Ph.D. from an AACSB accredited program and prior teaching experience are preferred. Candidates who are housed in premier Schools of Labor and Industrial Relations may also be considered.
