The Entrepreneurship Department at IESE Business School invites applications for tenure-track positions (Assistant, experienced Assistant or Associate Professor level) to begin in September 2026. We will accept applications on a rolling basis until September 30, 2025.  We are particularly interested in candidates with an academic focus in Entrepreneurship or Innovation, welcoming a variety of disciplinary and methodological approaches.

Research conducted by the department faculty has been published in leading academic and practitioner-oriented outlets including the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of Management, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, among others.
