Centenary College of Louisiana invites applications for a tenure-track position at the assistant professor level in the Frost School of Business beginning August 2026. We are considering applications from various areas including leadership, organizational behavior, strategic policy, human resources, international business, operations, social responsibility, and business management. 

Successful candidates will teach introductory, general business education, and upper-level business and management undergraduate courses as well as graduate level courses. Teaching responsibilities include teaching three 4-credit hour courses per semester and holding on campus office hours each week.

Applicants should have a terminal degree in Business Administration and Management from an AACSB accredited institution, demonstrated strength or a commitment to excellence in teaching, work experience in the profession, and a willingness to mentor undergraduate students in research. ABDs within one year of degree completion will be considered. We seek candidates whose research, teaching, and service have prepared them to contribute to our commitment to the engagement and inclusion of culturally diverse audiences in higher education, particularly in the business management discipline.
