The Area of Management in the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University (TTU) invites applications for one full time, 9-month tenured/tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor to begin in Fall 2026. Candidates with backgrounds in strategy, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, human resource management, or related fields will be considered.

Salary and benefits are highly competitive and include financial support for data acquisition and domestic and international conference travel. Additional funding is available for at least three years of summer research support, and candidates will benefit from a reduced teaching load for their first three years.

1. Candidates must hold a doctorate in Management or a related field. ABD candidates are encouraged to apply if all doctoral degree requirements will be completed by August 2026.
2. A demonstrated record or aptitude for high-quality research in the field of management.
3. Specific experience in teaching management courses in one or more of the following areas: entrepreneurship, strategy, and/or family business delivered using one or more teaching modalities.
4. Service experience or demonstrated aptitude to engage in service to the department, college, and university.
