WU is currently inviting applications for the position of a full professor[1] of Global Business at the Department of Global Business and Trade (part-time 20%, duration of employment is 3 years). Candidates are expected to have established an international reputation as a researcher in their field.

The successful candidate is expected to have established an international reputation as a researcher in their field and to have outstanding qualifications. Candidates must have:
A solid academic qualification (e.g. doctorate or PhD, habilitation or an equivalent qualification) in International Business or a related area.
an outstanding international reputation for high quality scholarship in the area of International Business commensurate with academic age, especially by having demonstrated the ability to publish in top-tier journals in the field.
excellent teaching qualifications at undergraduate and graduate (including executive education), and PhD levels.
A track record of PhD supervision to successful completion.
Commitment and a proven track record of leading, motivating, and nurturing early career scholars in International Business or related disciplines.
Strong track record of attracting funding for research capacity building and knowledge exchange activities that lead to (inter-)disciplinary development.
