The Department of Management in the School of Business at Providence College is seeking a full-time, tenure-track faculty member in the area of strategy and innovation at the rank of assistant professor, commencing August 2026. The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in strategic management, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and related management electives. A Ph.D. in strategic management or a related field from an AACSB-accredited institution is required. ABDs with anticipated completion by the time of appointment will also be considered.
Housed in the Arthur F. and Patricia Ryan Center for Business Studies, the School of Business is an AACSB-accredited, fast-growing, innovative institution of higher learning committed to faculty and student excellence. The ideal candidate will be committed to high quality teaching and student advising, and a successful candidate will be expected to engage in service activities for the School and the College. A successful candidate will also be expected to engage in ongoing practice-oriented activities consistent with AACSB qualification requirements as defined by the School of Business.
