Position and Remuneration
1. Research Fields: Strategic Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Organizational Management, Marketing, International Business, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Project Management, and other related fields.
2. Overseas Excellent Youth
Eligibility
No more than 40 years old;
A doctoral degree with research interests mainly in management, economics and other related disciplines, with achievements in research or technology, etc.?recognized by peer experts, and with the potential to become an academic leader or outstanding talent in the corresponding field;
Obtaining an official teaching or research position in an overseas university, research institution, or enterprise R&D organization with more than 36 consecutive months of work experience; for those who have obtained a doctoral degree overseas and have particularly outstanding performance, the length of required working years may be shortened accordingly;
Those who have been notified of the grant must resign from their overseas position or have no position overseas and return to China on a full-time basis for no less than 3 years.
Remuneration and Benefits
Competitive annual salary, rewards for representative scientific research achievements and performance bonuses;
Research start-up funding of RMB 3-7 million yuan (including national and provincial funding);
Settlement allowance of RMB 2.5 million yuan (tax-free).
The university will guarantee one doctoral student quota each year in the first three years of the first employment period.
The university will provide sufficient postdoctoral enrollment according to the needs of team building, of which no less than one key-funded postdoctoral enrollment can be provided during the first employment period.
Talent apartments will be provided free of charge during the first employment period.

Obtaining the doctoral degree from a world-renowned university or research institution within the last three years, or the doctoral supervisor who is a first-class expert.
The School of Management’s academic team consists of leading scholars and teachers at all levels of experience. The School maintains close cooperation with both domestic and foreign scholars. Currently the team consists of 154 full-time teachers, 43 of whom are professors and 65 associate professors. To further improve the quality of the faculty, the School has established a system of Chair/Distinguished Professors and Visiting Professors and has recruited various experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs with extensive academic experience in management practice as part-time professors.The research scope of the School of Management has continued to develop. The School is the “economic management research base of Shandong province,” and thus is central to management research output, both in Shandong province, where it provides consulting services for government departments and enterprises, and in China as a whole. Over the past five years, teachers from the School of Management have published more than 270 papers that have been indexed by SSCI, EI, and CSSCI, along with more than 50 monographs, and have won 15 provincial and ministerial awards. The School has undertaken 40 national verti...cal research projects (including three major projects and three key projects), supported by bodies such as the National Social Science Foundation of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Soft Science Foundation of China and Humanities, and the Social Science Foundation of the Ministry of Education, in addition to over 140 provincial and ministerial research projects.
