Career Fair Interviews
Be ready to meet with quality job seekers at this year’s Career Fair at AOM2025 where you reserve dedicated space to meet one-on-one. Interviews are typically informative in nature and tend to last 30 minutes so be sure to schedule appointments ahead of time to set your pace. You will have access to your assigned table at 7:45 a.m. to allow time to prepare and space remains available until 8:00 pm except when we close at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. All tables are in the same space with each table having an assigned number provided to you during purchase. Don’t be surprised if you continue to receive interview requests while on-site so we recommend you save some time slots for the unexpected.
Participants receive one 4’ x 2’ table with 2 chairs for recruiters and one for the job seeker. Feel free to bring a school-branded tablecloth and any other marketing materials. If anything is left behind, it will be thrown away. Additional tables are typically available for purchase prior to the event. If you need a table after you arrive, be sure to ask our Career Service volunteers for guidance. Need more space? Upgrade to our Deluxe Package and have a private room for your recruiting team or purchase a second table at a reduced rate.
