Postdoctoral research position in International Business
Research support: Generous funding for international travel and conference attendance.
Duties: Primarily research-focused, with an eventual small teaching load of no more than 10% of annual working time. There are no administrative obligations.
Research focus
The postdoc will study areas related to “how global uncertainty, such as geopolitical tensions and global supply chain resilience, shapes international business activities, markets, and societies”. The successful candidate will:
Drive an independent research agenda aligned with this theme.
Contribute to ongoing departmental projects and foster synergies with their own work.
Publish in leading academic journals and present at international conferences.
About the Department
The Department of Business Studies is a vibrant environment for research and teaching with approximately 130 staff members and a complete graduate program. The IB (International Business) research group has a long tradition of collaboration with other universities in the Nordic countries and currently comprises about ten core faculty members and ten affiliated researchers.

Preliminary interviews can also be organized with potential candidates attending the AoM conference in Copenhagen (27-28 July 2025).
