Job Qualifications:

The School of Management at Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia) invites applications for full-time, tenure-track positions at the Assistant or Associate Professor level in Entrepreneurship and/or Strategy. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to research, as evidenced by a record of publications in high-quality peer-reviewed journals, and the ability to contribute to the design, delivery, and evaluation of courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels.

In Entrepreneurship, we are particularly interested in scholars whose research focuses on innovation-driven entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial ecosystems, entrepreneurial mindset, decision-making, processes, and scaling.

In Strategy, we especially welcome candidates with expertise in corporate and competitive strategy, international business, business ecosystems, innovation management, regional development, small business, and related fields.

Early-career applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or be close to completing their doctoral studies, and show evidence of research potential through publications in reputable journals. Mid-career candidates with a strong academic record may also be considered for appointment at the Associate Professor level. Entrepreneurial experience and an active professional network will be considered strong assets.

• A desire and aptitude to contribute to a successful and fast-growing educational establishment.
• Potential for research and publication in international peer-reviewed journals
