Management Practice and Leadership at Saïd Business School
*Within the Saïd Business School’s faculty is a community of practice-oriented academics, referred to as “Management Practice,” whose scholarly activities and teaching impact business and management practice in businesses and governmental organisations around the world. Largely through involvement in Executive Education at the School and active engagement with senior leaders and organisations around the world, our Management Practice faculty bring their experience and scholarly insights to help leaders and, by extension, their organisations perform better and achieve a greater positive impact on the communities they serve.

They are also engaging teachers (particularly for senior executive audiences) and effective executive education programme directors.
For this position, the School seeks an academically qualified practice-oriented academic as a Professor of Practice who will play a critical role in designing and delivering flagship leadership-focused executive education programmes and, through their scholarly work, generate novel, impactful, and practically relevant insights.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a one-year probation period.
