Singapore Management University’s Strategy & Entrepreneurship group invites applications for one tenure-track faculty position from seasoned candidates, including those at the Associate Professor and Full Professor levels, or senior Assistant Professors with an exceptional record.

We are seeking leading experts particularly in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, but also from one of the following broadly defined areas of Strategic Management, International Business, Organizational Theory (Macro), Environmental Sustainability and CSR, and Technology Management and Digitalization. We expect candidates to be conducting rigorous, impactful, and interesting research, and have high-quality publishing and research records commensurate with the rank they are applying for.

About the Strategy and Entrepreneurship Area: The Strategy and Entrepreneurship Area currently has 25+ tenure-, practice- and teaching-track faculty members from over 10 different nationalities. They conduct high-quality research published in top research journals and have extensive editorial experience. Senior faculty members include Ilya Cuypers, Gokhan Ertug, Reddi Kotha, Heli Wang, Daphne Yiu among others. Candidates should submit a full application by 1^st September 2025 consisting of: (1) a letter with their research and teaching statement, (2) a CV, (3) three samples of research, (4) evidence of teaching ability, and (5) three letters of reference. Candidates can upload the reference letters as attachments under their profile via the system.
