The Strategic Management Department of IESE Business School invites applications for a tenure-track position (Assistant/Associate Professor) for our Barcelona or Madrid campus. The expected start date is September 2026.
We welcome candidates with a strong background in organization theory, economic sociology, or related disciplines, and research interest in the field of strategic management. We are especially interested in candidates studying phenomena related to the areas of research we prioritize in the department: innovation, AI, sustainability, and global leadership and organization.
