Porto Business School (PBS) is seeking a motivated and promising full-time Research Lecturer in Strategy and Problem Solving.
We are particularly looking for candidates who can complement and enhance our teaching and research capabilities in the following areas:
Strategic Management and Strategy Formulation
Competitive Analysis and Market Positioning
Business Model Innovation and Strategic Foresight
Advanced Problem-Solving Techniques
Leadership Strategies and Decision-Making
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated potential in academic research, with aspirations to publish in reputable journals and develop a solid teaching portfolio. While some teaching experience is preferred, we value a willingness to innovate and collaborate in delivering impactful management and strategy education. They will play a crucial role in strengthening PBS’s contributions to knowledge and thought leadership in strategy and problem-solving.

Candidates should hold, or be near completion of, a PhD in a relevant field such as Strategic Management, Leadership, or related disciplines.
