We seek candidates with a distinguished and ongoing record of scholarship and an earned doctorate in a discipline such as organizational behavior, organizational or social psychology, or a related field. Subject to the Board of Trustees’ approval, the successful candidate will be appointed to the endowed Tyler Haynes Professorship in leadership studies with the additional possibility of teaching in the Robins School of Business or the School of Arts and Sciences.
